Well Anonymous, CONDENSATION is water vapor. And when something is cold like, lets say a cold bottle of water, and the outside air is warmer than the water, the bottle tends to CONDENSATE or create dew on the outside of it. In this comics case, it must be very humid outside so on the windshield it formed a dewy outer layer, or as the comic depicts, CONDENSATION. The weird watery monster thing takes offense to the driver’s comment because he was talking shit about the dew (CONDENSATION). Hope that cleared a few things up. You may proceed to laughing about it.
